Deleting is permanent. If you are the only owner of the gym, your members, photos, plans, payments and attendance are deleted with it, and we cannot bring them back. Export a backup first (Settings → Backup) if you want to keep a copy.

Option 1: delete it yourself in the app (instant)

Open GymDost Biz and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab and find the Account section.
Tap Delete Account (in red), read the message, and tap Continue.
Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Option 2: ask us to delete it

Use this if you cannot open the app, for example you lost your phone or forgot your password. Send a message from the email address or phone number you signed up with, saying “Delete my GymDost Business account” and the name of your gym:

We first check that the request really comes from the owner (we may ask you to confirm the gym name and the email on the account). We then delete the account, normally within 7 days of confirming it, and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Data	What happens
Your login: email, name, phone, password hash, sign-in sessions	Deleted immediately.
Your gym: name, city, phone, UPI ID, settings, packages, trainers and payouts	Deleted immediately, if you are the gym’s only owner.
Your members: names, phones, emails, dates of birth, notes, photos	Deleted immediately with the gym.
Plans, dues, payments, freezes, check-ins, referral rewards	Deleted immediately with the gym.
Your GymDost subscription records: plan, dates, payment requests and the UPI reference numbers you sent	Deleted immediately with the gym.
Copies on the phone	Removed when you sign out or delete the account.
Server backups	Deleted copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days, then are removed.
Your payment to us in our bank / UPI statement	Kept, because tax and accounting rules require it. It holds no gym or member data.

If another owner shares your gym, only your own login is deleted and the gym stays with them.

Only want to remove a member?

Open the member in the app and delete them. Their details, history and photo are deleted straight away. Members who want their data removed should ask their gym; the gym owner can delete it in the app.
